Hi, I’m Jeremy, a product design leader in NYC with a focus on SaaS.
Over the past 14 years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of products, from early-stage startups to global applications. I’m currently part of the Product Design Leadership team at Datadog. Before that, I spent six years building and leading the design team at Cockroach Labs from the ground up. Previously, I led design at Seismic, an Enterprise CMP, and earlier in my career, I crafted digital experiences for leading brands like American Express, Deloitte, and Kettle.

My approach
LEADERSHIPI see myself as a hands-on player-coach, stepping in to guide and collaborate closely when needed, but also knowing when to step back and let the team take charge. I view leadership as empowering my team to perform at their best by providing clear direction, removing obstacles, and fostering accountability. I believe in hiring talented people with a Founder’s Mentality, equipping them with the right tools and support, and then giving them the space to solve problems in their own way.

DESIGNWhen tackling complex SaaS challenges, I bring a consumer-grade mindset to the table—focusing on creating intuitive, seamless experiences that feel as natural as using everyday apps, even with intricate systems in play. I'm passionate about the craft of design, drawing from my visual design background to ensure every detail is purposeful and polished. I believe that even the most complex enterprise products should be both functional and visually engaging, with thoughtful design that not only solves problems but also elevates the user experience.
